- What files format do you accept for production? Read more
In order to print your logo/design on our Clips, we request your logo/design as an .AI (Adobe Illustrator) or .EPS format. The file needs to be outlined and pantone references should be given.
- What is your lead time? Read more
Our lead time depends on the quantity of Clips you order:
Up to 50,000pcs: 8 working days *
50,000 – 100,000pcs: 8-12 working days *
100,000 – 500,000pcs: 10-20 working days *
500,000 – 1 million pcs: 20-45 working days *
*ML Clip requires a minimum of 3-4 weeks
Bespoke packaging and bespoke inserts require more time to prepare, produce and package. We can offer partial deliveries.

JPG file is only accepted for the following printing techniques:
- Stickered ML Clip
- 3D Acrylic Doming Clip
The JPG file should be a minimum of 300dpi resolution with minimum size of 2.5(W) x 4(H) cm.
Pad printing and Laser engraving require the logo in AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS format.
- Can I receive sample with my own logo prior to order? Read more
We can send you a digital customized sales template with your own logo on our Clips, free of charge. If you request customized physical samples, it is possible for USD200.00 per logo and we will provide you with 50pcs pad printed customized PromoClip samples packed in a small desktop box.
- Can I have my logo printed on the front and engraved on the back? Read more
Yes, you can have your logo printed on the front and engraved on the back, however, please note that the printing surface on the back would be smaller due to the patented bend.
- What is the material of your Clips? Read more
All our paperclips are made of quality stainless spring steel, which makes them rustfree. Combined with the patented bend, the PromoClip holds up to 18 pages and ML Clips holds up to 40 pages. It will not lose its bending power so you can reuse the PromoClip comfortably after using it on multiple sheets of paper.
